Pierre Fabre Group needed to consolidate dozens of brand and country-specific websites into a single scalable structure. The challenge was architectural: designing one flexible template capable of hosting multiple brands — each with its own identity, market rules, and selling model.
To prove the concept, we applied the template to two contrasting brands: Eau Thermale Avène and René Furterer. Despite their opposing visual identities — warm and human vs. clinical and precise — the system held. A few targeted design adjustments were enough to let each brand's personality shine through.
