POST Luxembourg needed more than a visual refresh — they needed a unified digital foundation. We shifted their approach from business-first to user-centered, designing responsive templates across key B2C and B2B touchpoints and mapping complex customer journeys.

At the core of this project was POST's first Design System. Built in Figma and documented in ZeroHeight, every component was designed for flexibility without losing consistency — and written to be accessible to both designers and non-designers alike.
