Bouchara, a heritage French textile house founded in 1899, needed a digital experience worthy of their craft. Without altering their established brand identity, the focus was entirely on UX — restructuring the e-commerce experience to drive online sales while reinforcing their positioning as an interior decor authority.
Our proposal centered on two strategic directions: giving each collection and theme a distinct, recognizable identity, and elevating Bouchara's expertise through curated trend books and style guides. The goal was to turn browsers into confident buyers by making interior inspiration inseparable from the shopping experience.
